Courage, Kindness and Loyalty
When I marble a card, the first few dips are always the strongest, however, I really like the soft, muted colours that come at the very end. This background was perfect to reflect the sky I wanted as a rainbow was my starting point. I feel in a home there should be the qualities of courage, kindness and loyalty and then, like the butterfly, you can take those qualities out in the world to share with others.

Chasing Butterflies
The starting element to this altered art card was a sweet girl in an old book and then I knew her story could start.... I marbled the background and decided she needed to be in the woods, chasing butterflies and looking at them in wonderment. It's important to me that every card I make tells a story.

Pink Sugar
I saw the words Pink Sugar in an old book and knew I had to use them in some way. The sweet treats on this ATC, in my mind, can all be found inside this gorgeous cottage. I envisage that the table is set for afternoon tea and my friends will soon be arriving to have some delicious cake.

How Does Your Garden Grow?
For this ATC, I marbled the background then layered the pics from a serviette. Whenever I look at it, one of my favourite quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt comes to mind.... "You must do the things you think you cannot....."

First Time Post...
This pic is enlarged from an Artist Trading Card that I created. I have only recently discovered ATC's and I love making them. I marbled the background and then started layering several pics to create a scene. The butterfly came from a serviette. Each time I look at it, I find it tells me a different story....
