Fabric Scrappy Cards
I bought a heap of quilting squares at a garage sale recently.... not for quilting, but for my cards. I often put fabric on my cards and they seemed just perfect for what I had in mind.
Yes, I know this one is crooked...I was trying for a slight angle but it didn't quite work out the way I wanted. My daughter has her birthday in a few days and I know she will love this card.

ReplyDeleteThanks! Your hand-dyed doily looks so gorgeous on my card.
ReplyDeleteYou have so many cool ideas! I've got boxes of charm squares (5" squares of patchwork fabric) and smaller as well, and I never thought of using them like this. But I'm not a card maker like you...I mean I'm not as prolific ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love to discover new blogs, and yours is so charming! You have great ideas for paper projects.....
ReplyDeleteThanks Mitzi, so glad you popped in :)
ReplyDeleteThose turned out beautifully, Linda. I hope you can find the Ezekial bread where you live...it is quit delicious.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carrie, I will definitely be on the lookout for it!!
