Fabric Scrappy Cards

I bought a heap of quilting squares at a garage sale recently.... not for quilting, but for my cards. I often put fabric on my cards and they seemed just perfect for what I had in mind.

Yes, I know this one is crooked...I was trying for a slight angle but it didn't quite work out the way I wanted. My daughter has her birthday in a few days and I know she will love this card.

  1. Thanks! Your hand-dyed doily looks so gorgeous on my card.

  2. You have so many cool ideas! I've got boxes of charm squares (5" squares of patchwork fabric) and smaller as well, and I never thought of using them like this. But I'm not a card maker like you...I mean I'm not as prolific ;-)
